  • Replace refined oil with mastered oil, olive oil or ghee.

Lunch

Around 4 PM, take nuts with tea. You can take almond, cashew, walnut or Kismis. If you want, continue taking Green tea only else milk tea it will be your choice but we recommend you to take Green tea only.

Dinner

Dinner must be completed before 8 PM, this will prevent adding fats to your body if taken much early from your sleep.

Eat steamed vegetables before Dinner. Do not take rice again but eat chapatis. Eating vegetables will fill your stomach and you will prevent yourself from eating more.
